A showcase of works by artists from the San Francisco Bay Area and other locales in California “that demonstrates the vitality and spirit of community in California.” (MOH Press Release)

Curated by Nancy Gorglione, this exhibition included art holograms by Greg Cherry, Nancy Gorglione, John Kaufman, Brad Cantos, Bob Hess, Art Freund, Randy James, Jeffrey Murray, Kate Miller, and David Schmidt; with business examples of holography by Lloyd Cross & the Multiplex Company; Advanced Dimensional Displays; Steve Provence Holography; and Light Impressions.

A beautiful and classic exhibition of California holography installed by a curatorial crew including Matt Hannifen and Larry Sheldon. A Marquette at the entrance to the museum had a splash of rainbow light illuminating a map of California, with the artists’ names positioned on the relevant earthquake faults of their holographic studio area.

A fabulous after party following the Museum Opening where East Coast and West Coast Holographers played together past dawn.
